When you order this product, you’ll provide the name for the top of the notepad and if you’d like, all of the items to be listed in the rows on the left. After adding this product to your cart, you’ll be asked to submit that information. We will then personalize your file and email it to the email address you provide within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
